Milling work is underway on 231 North which has caused traffic to be down two one lane north bound near the Deason Community. After the milling process, the road will be repaved.

Once a month, Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church collects food. The youth place stickers on the food that read, "Come worship with us at Mt. Lebanon." The food is then donated to Good Samaritan. Carly Beth Rupard, a long time participant of the Great Strides Therapeutic Riding program, celebrates as she completed her last lap at Bridlewood Farm this week. Now in it's 18th year, the program provides recreation and therapy to children and adults with physical and/or mental challenges using Tennessee Walking Horses and Spotted Saddle horses. The first session was completed this week, and next week a new set of riders will begin the program.
