The staff of Middle Tennessee Spay and Neuter Clinic were all smiles on Tuesday as they completed a record number of surgeries. Twenty-three animals were sterilized at the clinic (7 female dogs, 6 male dogs, 5 female cats and 5 male cats). MTSNC has sterilized 4,279 dogs and cats since opening Jan. 5, 2010.
