Shelbyville Central High School is celebrating homecoming this week, culminating with Friday night's football game against La Vergne.

Women from Shelbyville Central High School classes of the 1950s held their 19th annual Celebration luncheon at Riverbend Country Club. There were 61 in attendance.
Ann Spencer presented the devotion on "Serve Where You Are Planted." Ardis Caffey was organizer and MC. An update on each class was given by members of that class. Next year's luncheon is scheduled for Aug. 31. Members of the classes of 1956 and 1957 were pictured last week in the T-G.
