City Outreach chili luncheon

City Outreach Ministries held its annual chili luncheon Saturday. Proceeds from the fundraiser go toward helping local families in need during the holidays. Each year, City Outreach provides families in need with toys and other items for Christmas and they also host an annual Thanksgiving luncheon.
