Harris Middle School honors the flag, remembers 9/11

On Sept. 10, 2010, Harris Middle School students held a special flag ceremony and also recognized the nine-year anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Local Boy Scouts taught students how to properly dispose of a flag. The school's new flag was donated by the Veterans Council. Also, Emily Rice, Student Council president, asked students to remember those who lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attacks.
