Johnson creates classroom buzzNovember 25, 2012
Students in LeAnn Butts' Thomas Magnet School class recently learned a lesson about bees and honey from Eddie Johnson. Students had lots of questions for Doak, such as asked "how do bees sleep?" (Elliot Caine), "do all hives have a queen?" (Abby Phillips) and "how long do bees live?" (Noah Brown).
For the record, bees sleep in a cluster in their hives; and yes, all hives have a queen.
