What would a festival be without a parade?

Capt. Frank Hollifield, who recently returned from serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom, served as Grand Marshal for the 11th Annual RC and Moon Pie Festival Saturday in Bell Buckle.

Moon Pie King Phil Campbell, a former Hee Haw comedian, and RC Queen Valerie Smith, a 2004 Traditional Female Vocalist of the Year nominee, head to their coronation.
