The Middle Tennessee Business Network gathered Thursday for its weekly meeting at the Shelbyville-Bedford County Chamber of Commerce. Nakai Waynick, of Celebration Travel, spoke to the group about upcoming trips and vacation packages. For more information on the group, contact Tom Waynick at firstname.lastname@example.org.
New members are invited to join the group for an annual fee of $50 a year, but there is no cost to attend the first couple of meetings if you're interested in joining the group. MTBN meets at 8 a.m. each Thursday at the Chamber. Pictured: Verhonda Sercey.
Tim Chapman of Athena Broadband in Shelbyville takes a business card from a box that is passed around at each week's meeting.
Jamie Harrington, a Finanical Services Officer Agri-Consumer for Farm Credit Mid-America in Shelbyville, gives her 30-second speech to the group in hopes to attract more business from her networking friends.
Nakai Waynick gives kudos to the Times-Gazette for recent coverage given to a cruise vacation in which about 30 local residents attended. T-G readers are encouraged to submit photos of their trips, outings or other interesting events in their lives by emailing email@example.com
