Busy summer at Rec Center

Seniors from the Shelbyville Recreation Center remembered cooler times during their recent "Christmas in July Stuff the Bus Party." Participants enjoyed Christmas activities and refreshments while exchanging gifts of school supplies which were donated to the Bedford County United Way Stuff the Bus program at the end of the party.

Summer Camp Kids from the Shelbyville Recreation Center helped residents at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center with a hand print sun craft project.

Participants enjoy several games of Bingo before enjoying cupcakes and drinks. This Free monthly event is open to everyone and you do not have to have a membership to the Rec Center. Participants are asked to bring an item for the Bingo prize table.
