Halls Mill Sorghum Squeeze 2012

The annual Halls Mill Sorghum Squeeze is a demonstration of the sorghum-making process. Locally-grown sorghum cane is put through a mule-driven press to extract its sweet juice, which is then reduced by boiling in a fire box.
