Epsilon Sigma Alpha Beta Iota fashion show

Carolyn Matusek moderated the annual Epsilon Sigma Alpha Beta Iota Chapter dinner and fashion show Tuesday evening at First United Methodist Church. The evening benefits local students through scholarships as well as research conducted at St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

Matusek encouraged attendees to use the basics in their closets.

"Take your basics and add a little sparkles," she said. "All you need are a few little touches ... Designers have done a smashing job this year making colors pop."

Dresses and sweaters with lots of unique stitching and cabling are also popular trends this season.
