Students from Liberty Elementary School.
I have a real good friend and they have had a lot of personal problems
this year and I have been there when they needed someone to help them
get through the year.
It is sorta of a sad year for me since it will be my last year in middle
school. I have made a lot of friends and we will all be going to different
schools next year so I want to make the last part of the school
year special. We will still get to see each other some but not like
it is now at school everyday.
There was a birth in my family. My aunt had a baby and they named
her Ilene. She is special and it may my year special.
I went to a basketball camp this year and really worked hard at the
camp and a lot of people noticed me. I got my name out there.
I have had a real good year this year because I have made a lot of new
friends. I have really tried to do that by being more friendly and helpful.
My year did not start off very good. My brother died and the next day I was in a car accident with my grandmother and she died. My hips were fractured but I have gotten over that. One good thing was that my dad's girlfriend's son has gotten his life back together.
I changed school this year because we moved. So this was my first year
at Liberty and I really liked this school better than the last school. They
are really friendly here and really try to make you feel welcomed and
The best part of my year was being able to help students in my
grade and lower grades in math and social studies. I like
being like a tutor to them and seeing them make better grades.
Not much gone on this year except we had to put my dog down
due to an illness. I had him for around seven years. We did not
know what breed Dudley was or his age because we had
adopted him but he was a good dog.
