Chuck and Pattie Mehalko of Lebanon, Ore., make a fuss over Jose's Doc Crescendo, a sweet 2-year-old José José mare they bred. She will show in the Futurity tonight with Chuck riding. It is the Mehalkos' first visit to the Futurity and their first time to show at the Celebration.
