Community Middle School cheerleaders recently attended a camp at Tennessee Tech University. Hannah Gochee, Rihly Bolden, and Maddie Lohn were chosen as examples of why the world needs cheerleaders in the Pin-It Forward ceremonies. Seventh-grader Oshun Nalls was a finalist against all JV freshmen in a jump-off competition. CMS cheer squad competed in the camp championships and placed second in the junior high division in the Xtreme Rountine and earned the Superior Squad award. Eighth-grader Jena Bolinger made the All-American squad.
