Shelbyville police are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman accused of using a stolen credit card. A photo of the alleged suspect, as store personnel said she was leaving Shelbyville's Walmart, has been released by police. Two persons were charged Wednesday in connection with a spending spree around Shelbyville using credit cards stolen from a wallet at the Medical Arts Building. Joseph Harold Davis, 44, Cedar River Road, intentionally entered the building to steal a wallet, officer Jon Cooke said in a report.
