Harris project continues to dominate agenda

Suspects arrested for tampering with drink machine

Two suspects -- who told police they were looking for money to buy drugs -- were arrested after one was spotted allegedly attempting to break into a soft drink machine early today. Daryll Duran Smith, 18, Burt Street, is charged with two counts of criminal attempt and one count of possession of burglary tools.
