Housing Authority fights tenant fraud (Local News ~ 02/23/05)

You can't begin to imagine my excitement when my youngest daughter came home with a second-place ribbon for a "Trash Monster" she had created in her fifth-grade 4-H Club. For the very first time, she had completed the project without any help from me, my husband or her sisters. No more last minute rush to empty a cereal box or finish the roll of paper towels or toilet paper. And gone are the days of "Mommy, where is the _____?" (Insert scissors, glue, tape.)...

Eagle defense takes a stand (High School Sports ~ 02/23/05)
The Shelbyville Golden Eagles' defense went to work in the second half and took over the game in a 48-34 victory over Tullahoma's Wildcats in opening round action of the District 8-AAA Tournament at SCHS Gym Tuesday night.
