Funeral services for Mrs. Rose Conditt Halmontaller, 91, of Shelbyville, who died Tuesday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be noon Thursday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Russ Countess officiating. Burial will follow at Rosebank Cemetery in Flat Creek.
