A national organization working to end the use of corporal punishment in schools may have two representatives at the next meeting of the Bedford County Board of Education because of an allegation of child abuse by paddling at Community High School. Bedford County Board of Commissioners will consider next week whether to hire a building codes enforcer and begin enforcing the International Building Code and the International Residential Code.
