Here we go again. After several weeks of relative relief at the gas pumps, fuel prices have once again shot up as much as 20 cents per gallon over the past two weeks. According to a gas price survey at MSN.com, the lowest price in Shelbyville was $2.649 on Monday at D & D Market at 1417 N.
