William F. "Bill" Smith, 84, of Shelbyville died Monday at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bill Cartwright officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
