Clinton Lewis Taylor, 69, of Lewisburg died Saturday at his home. A memorial service is scheduled 7 p.m. Wednesday at Emmanuel Church Pentecostal in Shelbyville with Ronnie Adams officiating. The Rose of Sharon Funeral Service of Pulaski is in charge of arrangements.

Bedford County Nursing Home was inspected by Tennessee Health Department officials Sunday, Monday and this morning, starting just two days after a managers meeting resolved issues raised at a meeting of nursing home trustees on Thursday.
