NASHVILLE (AP) -- Gov. Phil Bredesen announced Thursday he has requested declarations of federal agricultural disaster for Bedford and 17 more Tennessee counties. Eleven years in prison is the sentence for a Shelbyville man convicted by a jury that chose to believe a burglary victim who said he recognized a man's voice on the phone when he was asked what time he'd be home.
