It's rare when one of this writer's pieces gets a 100 percent favorable reaction, but that has been the case with this week's series on child support and how many parents aren't getting the money they are owed. On Wednesday, it had been only an hour since the first part was posted on the Internet when we got the first response. Every call and e-mail received told the same story: Mothers and their children are not getting the support payments that have been ordered by the courts...
