Funeral services for Preston C. Rishaw, 77, of Bell Buckle, who died Saturday at his home after an extended illness, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with Preston C. Rishaw III officiating. Burial will follow at Hazel Cemetery in Bell Buckle. Visitation will begin noon Tuesday.
