William Cleveland Powell, 73, of Petersburg, died Friday at his home after an extended illness. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with the Rev. Jackie Riddle and the Rev. Ronnie Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
