Patty Baxter Cartwright, 65, of Dixon, Ky., died Friday in Panama City, Fla. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Jennings-Moore-Cortner Chapel in Lynchburg. Burial will follow at Wagoner Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
