Lady Champs rally past Boyd Christian (High School Sports ~ 05/06/09)
CHAPEL HILL -- Coaches love using the adage that whoever makes the fewest mistakes typically wins. That holds true in softball as much as any other sport since runs are hard to come by when quality pitchers oppose one another. Trailing 2-1 with one out in the bottom of the sixth, a pair of walks and two errors helped Cascade push across three runs to lift them to a 4-3 win over Boyd Christian in the District 9-A tournament Tuesday... -
