Shelbyville Central High School will host an open house for freshmen and new students Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. Student council officers have been working to get prepared for the open house. DUI suspect runs away from crash

Tyson warns of possible fraudulent checks

Tyson Foods Inc. is warning employees of recent reports of fraudulent payroll checks being cashed at stores and banks in some communities where plants are located. However, Shelbyville police say they haven't seen any incidents locally.
