Fraud victim wired over $2,700 to Canada address

More information has been released by Shelbyville police about a fraud case involving a local man. The victim told police he received a letter claiming he was the third place winner in the Reader's Digest Sweepstakes Lottery. Recovered weapon may have been used in shooting

A weapon possibly used in last Friday's fatal shooting of Gary LeTron Thomison of Shelbyville was recovered Tuesday in Murfreesboro, while officers continue to seek another man who was allegedly at the scene of the crime.
