A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Third Baptist Church in Murfreesboro with Beth Ezell officiating and Shawn Moses delivering the eulogy. Visitation with the family will begin at 9 a.m. Woodfin Memorial Chapel of Murfreesboro is in charge of arrangements.

Jeffery Darnell Young, 42, of Tullahoma died Saturday at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Revival Center Church of God in Christ in Tullahoma with Willie D. Young III officiating and Elvy Davis eulogist. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Tullahoma.

Pamela Marie Greene, 52, of Tullahoma died Saturday at Harton Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Steve Lind and Carl Baltimore officiating. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery in Tullahoma. Visitation with the family will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Mary Elizabeth Shook Pruitt of North Carolina died Saturday at the Four Seasons Hospice Elizabeth House in Flat Rock, N.C. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Dwight Walter and Lillian Elizabeth Sloop Shook and the wife of the late Paul Pruitt. She was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. EST Tuesday at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Swannanoa, N.C., with the Rev. Steven Ragan and the Rev. Frank Cantrille officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Leicester, N.C. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p Monday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

M.K. Potts came through with a game-high 34 points to help her Cascade Lady Champions upset Coffee County 53-47 in overtime in Manchester on Saturday night. "M.K. just showed tremendous leadership," Cascade coach Chad Spencer said. "I couldn't be more proud of a team with this many freshmen to start the season with a win like this. We're fun to watch this year. The kids know we got a lot of hard work ahead of us. We're a work in progress."...
