Retired Staff Sgt. James A. Peters, 47, of Wartrace died Dec. 1 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. A Celebration of Life service, with full military honors, will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at New Harvest Kingdom Ministries, U.S. 231 South, with Randy Williams officiating. The family chose cremation per his request. Doak-Howell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
