Anita Beard Penn, 86, of Shelbyville died Friday at Heritage Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Eastview Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Forsythe officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Funeral Home.

Lawrence Tyrone Partin, 70, of Decherd died Thursday at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. He was the brother of Gayle Wheeler of Shelbyville. Funeral services were held Saturday at Watson-North Funeral Home in Winchester. Burial followed at Mt. Garner Cemetery.
