Hugh "Chuck" Stowers, 87, of Shelbyville died Thursday at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bryan Elliott officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m.
