Margaret Jean Liggett Cushing, 68, of Fayetteville died Saturday at Lincoln Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lawrence Funeral Home, Chapel Hill. Burial will follow at Wheel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday.

I love having Micky Pietkiewicz in the office these days. She's home from college and is helping us out during the horse show and employee vacation season, as well as lightening my load when it comes to the Life & Leisure section. But the best part of all is that she's young. We will sit around and make obscure references to singers or actors and she'll just shake her head...
