Virginia Tipps, 81, of Lynchburg died Friday. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lynchburg Cemetery with Richard Logan and Geoff Giesemann officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Jennings Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, Lynchburg.
