Alex Eugene Garner, 28, of Shelbyville, died Thursday at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester with Jinks Partin officiating. Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4-9 p.m. Saturday.
