Appeal denied in fraud decision

A woman convicted of prescription fraud and other charges has lost her appeal and will have to complete her 10-year sentence in prison. William Bryant Jennings, 87, of South Carolina, father of Lyn Robinson of Shelbyville, died Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. EST Friday at Washington Street United Methodist Church, Columbia, S.C., with Dr. Bill Childs and Rev. Evelyn Middleton officiating. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at Swallow Savannah Cemetery, Allendale, S.C. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. at the church. Keith Smith Funeral Service of Allendale, S.C. is in charge of arrangements.
