Emogene Reed Follis, 77, of Shelbyville died Monday at Heritage Medical Center after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Mike Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery in Rover. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
