Okay, here I am at home, instead of at work. Why? The car battery has died, and since I spent our emergency funds on a new tire the day before, I am up the proverbial creek without the proverbial paddle. The internet keeps cutting out, we're woefully shorthanded at work, one reader is criticizing me because I wrote an article promoting a play (Which is, umm, kind of what I specialize in, other than horses) I have a migraine working up because I had the completely normal and sane reaction to all of the aforementioned issues (squalled like a baby) and now I'm supposed to write something vaguely humorous or touching for my columns.. ...
