Two Shelbyville police officers are asking that a federal suit against them be dismissed, pointing out that the matter that brought about the litigation has been sent back to a criminal appeals court. George Harlan Woodard McDonald, 66, of Shelbyville, died Tuesday at Heritage Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Shelton Cemetery in Beech Grove. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
