Seized food products to be destroyed soon

Food items seized from Bedford Cheese during a federal raid in February are to be destroyed, with officials saying that the Shelbyville company must comply with a number of requirements before reopening. Otha Willard Rowlett Miller, 100, died Tuesday at Boulevard Terrace Rehab and Nursing Center in Murfreesboro. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Gary Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Beasley Cemetery in Rutherford County. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
