Thomas Roger Smith, Jr., 39, of Longview died Monday from injuries sustained in a farming accident. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Living Stones Community Church with Eddie Reed officiating. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. at the church. A graveside committal service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Clark Cemetery in Longview.

Man says pair of attackers knocked him out, stole car

Two men attacked a Tullahoma man and stole the car he was driving after he stopped at a pay phone on North Main Street early Sunday, police were told later in the day.
