Franklin Jesse Henderson, 77, of Wartrace died Tuesday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Highland Baptist Church in Tullahoma with the Rev. Wayne Wester and the Rev. Don Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 3-9 p.m. Saturday at Kilgore Funeral Home in Tullahoma.

Attorney censured for alleged rules violation

Right of way marked for North Main widening project (Local News ~ 11/04/11)
Brighly colored stakes in the ground along the east side of North Main Street show where the right-of-way is to be for widening anticipated to begin sometime during fiscal year 2013-2014. The right-of-way consists of 8 to 10 feet of property and impacts 48 tracts. He will lie-in-state from 4-6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7 at Nelson & Sons Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Nov. 8 at the church.

I live in town and I went outside to get the mail and there was a deer in my yard. It stayed around my house all afternoon and seemed content just to nibble and walk around. It walked up to me until it was about 10 feet away. -
