Marie E. Ponds, 77, of Shelbyville died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center. Per her wishes, she will be cremated and no services are being planned at this time. Gowen-Smith Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Margaret Pauline Olive, age 89, of Christiana died Friday, February 24, 2012, at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Charles Redmond officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
