Ostell Carl "Stogie" Peoples, 67, of Shelbyville died Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville after a short illness. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Todd Peoples officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday.
