John Parks Spencer, 91, of Tullahoma died Friday, March 23, 2012 at Harton Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Jennings Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Lynchburg. Burial will follow at Lois Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m.
