William A. 'Bill" Parks, 83, of Shelbyville died Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in Nashville after a short illness. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Shelbyville Mills Baptist Church with the Rev. Matt Mason, the Rev. Michael Bayne and the Rev. Jonathan Sims offciating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the church. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
