Expect delays at local bridge (Local News ~ 12/20/12)
Motorists who travel in and out of Shelbyville on Belmont Avenue/State Highway 130 should expect delays of 15 to 30 minutes due to work on the Sydney "Bud" McGrew Memorial Bridge spanning Duck River today and Friday. Bedford County and city officers continued searching today (Thursday) for John Vincent Lovvorn, 20; Allen Ray Harris, 34; and James Bradley Lynch, 22, who escaped Bedford County Jail before sunrise.
