Douglas Philden "Phil" Overcast, 62, of Murfreesboro, a native of Bedford County, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at Alive Hospice Residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby McGee officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.
